Trinidad
Trinidad was founded in 1969, named after the 16th-century city of Trinidad, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Cuba. In the first few decades after the brand's founding, it shared a similar legendary status with Cohiba, exclusively used as a state gift from the Cuban government to foreign dignitaries and diplomats, not sold to the public. It wasn't until 1998 that Habanos S.A. launched it commercially. Trinidad is known for its extremely meticulous fully handmade craftsmanship, signature pigtail cap, and selected top-tier leaves from the Vuelta Abajo region, offering refined and highly balanced flavor.
